Congratulations to Everett M and Solomon T who attended all four Safety Funs
Question from a parent. Couldn’t volunteers hold back cars at stop signs?
Answer: Sadly, we can’t. Volunteers are not authorized to direct or stop traffic because we are not law enforcement or crossing guards.
Plus, since our groups are always larger than 20 riders, we technically need a permit for training rides. But by obeying every stop sign and staying predictably, we hope to avoid unwanted attention. (Not that anyone would miss our neon yellow vests).
Our Next Training Ride
